End of Sept saw me accompany some of my clients to the West Midlands Flower Show held at Glasshouse College in Stourbridge. I had entered two pieces into the Painting and Drawing Category consulting with them that they were happy to do this, images had to have a gardening theme or reference. To my absolute pleasure they won first and second prize, medals presented by the Mayor of Stourbridge. This is one of my many demo pieces, using vegetables from the Horticulture Project that are often left over, which I bring into the art studio for clients to draw. A great feeling of pride and pleasure facilitating others gaining improved art skills and that others can recognise this. I am truly blessed to do the job I do..
